Personal Experience
I have a proven track record of success with 25 years of experience in litigation and general counsel. I have represented clients in United States District Courts and before administrative bodies such as the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and the Equal Employment Office Commission (EEOC). Additionally, I have experience in arbitration matters with labor unions.
My extensive knowledge and experience in establishing corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint ventures make me an exceptional asset for any business. I skillfully prepare vital documents such as Articles of Incorporation, Minutes, and By-Laws for my clients. My expertise includes organizing limited liability companies, preparing general and limited partnership agreements, and creating joint ventures. Furthermore, I have successfully represented clients in contract disputes, negotiations, and matters related to entertainment licensing.
I am passionate about practicing law and have provided yearly training to my clients. I also conduct site visits to familiarize myself with my client’s business and valued employees. Additionally, I have created employment agreements and handbooks. I frequently give talks regarding ethics, harassment and retaliation policies, and document retention.
Throughout my almost twenty years of practice, I have consistently found that taking the time to comprehensively understand my client’s unique needs has been a key factor in my success.
