Representative Work
WWE vs. Solar Entertainment Corporation
Successfully represented Solar Entertainment Corporation, the largest content provider and channel operator in Southeast Asia, in defending a multi-million-dollar media licensing dispute with the WWE. To effectively litigate this case, I collaborated with co-counsel Kevin Joiner, Esq. of the Law Offices of Kevin Joiner to positively resolve the matter achieving a highly satisfactory settlement in the client’s favor.
Alvarez et al. vs. B. Frank Joy, LLC
Successfully resolved a wage & hour, employment law class action against a large government construction contractor. I worked along side co- counsels Willie E. Gary, Esq. and Larry A. Strauss, Esq. of Law Offices of Gary, Williams, Parenti, Watson & Gary, PLLC. to effectively negotiate a settlement agreement which favored the fifty-two putative class members. The agreement provided not only monetary benefits but we worked with management to institute program changes which contributed to the enrichment of the work environment for the entire workforce.
