Immigrant Investor Program
Under a pilot immigration program first enacted in 1992 and regularly reauthorized since, The United States Customs & Immigration Services (USCIS) administers the Immigrant Investor Program which consists of the “E-2” and “EB-5,”. These visas are set aside for investors in Regional Centers designated by USCIS based on foreign investor proposals for promoting economic growth. Our group of talented lawyers, will be able to provide legal advisory services so that your application for the right E visa is approved.
