Looking Back on Summer: NVBCC Accelerator’s Legal Education Workshop
Dixon Turnbull recently had the pleasure of presenting again at the Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce (NVBCC) Accelerator’s Legal Education Workshop for their second cohort.
This time, the focus was on the crucial topics of intellectual property, specifically trademarks and copyright. It was indeed an honor for Dixon Turnbull to be invited back to share knowledge and expertise with such a dynamic group of entrepreneurs and business owners. It was inspiring to see each participant’s passion and dedication. Their eagerness to learn and apply new information to protect their creative endeavors and business identities made the experience incredibly rewarding.
To further support the participants’ legal needs, Dixon Turnbull sent certificates of participation to the three participants and offered them a 30-minute complimentary session. These sessions provided an excellent opportunity to address specific questions and offer tailored legal advice that they need. Dixon Turnbull is deeply grateful for the opportunity to participate in this journey with the NVBCC Accelerator participants. There is a unique joy in contributing to the growth and success of businesses that positively impact the community.
